Frequently asked questions

Does it work without signal at a convention?

Yes. Exchange codes embed an offline backup when generated, so even with a dead network, others can still scan your card.

How do I change the card's colors and template?

Open "Edit card"; tag colors, card appearance, and templates are all adjustable there. Save and it's applied.

Where do scanned cards get stored?

They go into "Encounters" in your app, and can be tied to a specific event so you can add friends at your own pace later.
